i noticed the swimming pool and sauna were closed, though the hotel may have communicated this somewhere?

check-in was simple (it was so nice after my long drive), and the parking area had plenty of free spaces. my room was very clean, i noticed the attention to detail immediately. breakfast had a fantastic range, i really enjoyed the continental options with fruit and pastries.
i found the room temperature a bit too warm upon arrival. i was given a fan, but it didn't seem to make a significant difference.

the group i was with numbered over a hundred people. the hotel handled this large group of 70 young women and over 40 adults quite well. i noted the shop located right next to the hotel (very practical). the bar staff managed the high demand efficiently, and our group dinner in the banqueting room was a success.
the parking system lacked any form of confirmation, causing some confusion upon arrival.

the location was good for my needs. i liked the friendly staff in the bar and dinning room, they were really lovely. i felt very welcomed and they always had a smile on their faces.
the hot tub seemed a bit dirty, though i saw them cleaning it a few times. also, i thought the food was too overpriced, it did not meet my expectations. it could have been a more delicious experience.
